Important Information Before Booking:

• The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total retreat payment.

• Once your deposit is complete, we will contact you about room choices and offer payment plans for the rest due:

  • Pay Coherence directly in 1, 2, or 3 monthly installments (final payment due 45 days before the retreat start date - June 16, 2026)

  • Use a third-party payment provider like Klarna or Afterpay, which offer 6, 12, or 24-month plans (depending on your credit and eligibility).

  • Please note: third-party payment payment plans are subject to credit approval and may not be available in all countries outside the U.S.

Our team will reach out with you with payment options for the rest due. Payment plans will depend on the room you are getting.
