Terms & Conditions – The Shift

By enrolling in The Shift, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of this program and the digital content provided, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

  2. Monthly payment plans must be completed in full. By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the entire amount. You are not permitted to cancel your payments, even if you choose not to participate or complete the program.

  3. Failed payments will be reattempted. If a payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to process it again. If further action is required, we reserve the right to contact you to resolve payment issues.

  4. Access to the program is contingent upon completion of payments. If payments are not received, access to course content and live calls may be paused until your account is in good standing.

  5. In exchange for your payment, Kimberly Kennedy, founder of Coherence Retreats, agrees to deliver the 12-week The Shift program as described.

  6. These terms apply regardless of whether you attend all sessions live, watch replays, or complete the program in full.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
