- Retreat Ambassador – Support and assist on-site, helping create a smooth retreat experience for everyone.
- Guest Teacher – Facilitate workshops and hold space, sharing your expertise in wellness, spirituality, or personal development.
- Retreat Host – Lead a Coherence retreat, bringing your own community (alongside ours) while promoting and supporting a memorable retreat experience.
Our Requirements...

LEVEL 1
Retreat AmbassadorÂ
As a Retreat Ambassador, you’ll be an invaluable support on-site, helping create a nurturing and smooth retreat experience for everyone involved.
- Assist on-site with setup and retreat logistics
- Prepare the yoga shala/group spaces before workshops
- Provide support for the group as needed
- Hold space for attendees during the retreat
- Opportunity to share your gifts on retreat if desired
- Retreat promotion is appreciated but not requiredÂ
- Average Compensation: $500-$1000 per retreat + complimentary travel, accommodation, retreat participation, and meals

LEVELÂ 2
Guest Teacher
If you’re a teacher or facilitator in wellness, spirituality, or personal development, join us as a Guest Teacher to bring your expertise to our retreat community. Proven facilitation experience is required for this role.
- Facilitate 2+ workshops on retreat, sharing your knowledge and skills
- Hold space and be fully present with attendees
- Participate in all retreat activities and excursions
- Promotion of the retreat is required
- Must have proven facilitation experience, ideally in-person
- Required to train as a Guest Teacher before becoming a Coherence Host
- Average Compensation: $1000-$1500 per retreat + complimentary travel, accommodation, retreat participation, and meals

LEVELÂ 3
Retreat Host
As a Retreat Host, you’ll lead a Coherence retreat and have the option to bring a co-host if hosting solo. This role requires prior experience as a Guest Teacher with Coherence, proven facilitation skills, and a commitment to collaborate with Coherence to fill the retreat.
- Must have previously held a Guest Teacher role with Coherence
- Facilitate the retreat experience, holding space and leading activities
- Responsible for promoting and marketing the retreat
- Required to fill a minimum of 1/3 to 1/2 of retreat spots
- Responsible for daily communication with the Coherence team
- Option to bring a co-host if hosting solo
- Average Compensation: $3500-$7000+ per retreat + complimentary travel, accommodation, retreat, and mealsÂ
