What’s included in the retreat price?

Your retreat experience includes accommodations, most (if not all) meals, workshops, ceremonies, and group excursions.

✈️ Flights are not included.
🚐 Transportation varies by retreat - check your specific details for what’s covered.
🛡 We highly recommend travel insurance - it just gives you peace of mind in case life throws a curveball.

Please note: While most meals are included, there may occasionally be a few not covered (like a free evening to explore local cuisine). Be sure to review your retreat details for specifics!

What is the common age range?

The average age range is 28-43.

Though this range can vary by retreat, as different destinations naturally attract different age mixes.

Most retreats include many women in their 30s, and we also regularly welcome women in their late 20s and in their 40s! Because our retreats are often intimate, we’ve found that shared life stages help women connect more easily.

If you’re curious about the age mix for a specific retreat, our team is always happy to share more details over a call!

What are the payment plans?

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot - no matter which payment option you choose.

After that, you have two choices:

✨ Pay directly with Coherence:
We can split the remaining balance into 1, 2, or 3 monthly payments - as long as your final payment is made at least 45 days before the retreat begins.

✨ Use a third-party provider (like Klarna or Afterpay):
Once your deposit is in, you can apply to pay the rest through monthly installments (6, 12, or even 24 months).
Note: These providers are subject to credit score and are only available to U.S. residents.

For partnership retreats, payment plan options may vary but there’s always a flexible monthly option available!

What is the cancellation policy?

All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy ensures the quality and sustainability of our retreats, as many expenses are paid upfront to secure locations, accommodations, and services. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as part of the booking process.

For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. This is the only way to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

How do I book?

Simply apply to the retreat you’re interested in! Once you submit your application, you’ll automatically receive the next steps, whether it’s securing your spot with a deposit or scheduling an optional discovery call to see if it’s the right fit. We’ll guide you every step of the way!

Why do I have to apply?

We want to ensure your experience is safe and seamless, so we gather important details like allergies, food preferences, and more. Once you apply, you’ll automatically receive the next steps. If there’s any reason it won’t work, our team will contact you directly.

Do I need to have experience?

Not at all! We welcome all levels when it comes to yoga, meditation, or personal growth work. Everything is gently guided, and we offer a variety of practices - some may resonate more than others, and that’s totally okay. This is your journey, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Most of our attendees come solo, and it’s one of the most beautiful parts of our retreats. You’ll arrive on your own but leave with lifelong soul connections and a supportive community. Of course, if you’d like to bring a friend, you’re more than welcome to! 🤗

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! Our on-site chefs are experts in creating organic, nutritious meals tailored to your needs. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, have allergies, or follow other dietary preferences, we’ve got you covered. We aim to make every dish with fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients to nourish your body and soul.

Is a retreat right for me?

If you’re feeling the nudge to travel, grow, connect, and come back home to yourself...this might be your sign to say YES!

Our retreats are for women who are ready to step into a safe, supportive space for transformation. Whether you're seeking clarity, craving sisterhood, or simply needing a reset, this experience can be the spark you’ve been longing for.

We celebrate women of all races, identities, and backgrounds - this is a space to be fully seen, fully expressed, and fully you. If you feel the call… trust it.

What does a typical day look like?

Each day is intentionally crafted to inspire transformation and connection. You’ll participate in wellness workshops and personal growth sessions, creating space for self-discovery. As a blend of transformational retreat and adventure travel, some days are spent in workshops at the property, while others take you out to explore the local area, from waterfalls, beaches, markets, to sacred temples!

Can I meet the group before the retreat?

Yes! About a month before the retreat, we’ll create a group chat so everyone can introduce themselves. We also host an optional video call two weeks before the retreat to connect and get excited. After the retreat, there’s an integration call 2-3 weeks later to reflect and stay connected.

Do I need travel insurance?

Although it's not mandatory, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Because all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, travel insurance can offer peace of mind in the event of unexpected changes, delays, or emergencies that may affect your ability to attend.

Will I be sharing a room?

We aim for a mix of single and shared rooms. If you book shared, you may have a roommate - but never a shared bed. We pair thoughtfully, and since all beds must sell out to be shared, there’s a chance you’ll still have your own room even with a shared booking.

Will transportation be provided from the airport?

Almost always, yes! And if it’s not included for a specific retreat, we’ll still help you get there - whether that’s through group carpooling or helping you arrange a private transfer. You won’t be on your own.

Do you offer deep trauma therapy at your retreats?

Our facilitators are certified in powerful modalities such as breathwork, yoga, and much more. Naturally, emotions and insights may arise during the retreat, and we hold safe, supportive space for that. However, if you're seeking an intensive trauma recovery, our retreats may not be the best fit.

We believe healing can happen through joy, movement, connection, & play - not solely deep processing. While there is space for depth on our retreats, there’s also space for laughter, dancing, & adventure!

What types of retreats do you host?

We specialize in women’s retreats that are multi-dimensional experiences blending transformation with joy, depth with play, and inner growth with real connection.

Each retreat combines embodiment practices, group workshops, and powerful conversations with plenty of laughter, adventure, and fun.

Some retreats are designed for deeper inner exploration, while others are more spacious, playful, and easeful, but all are designed to help you come home to yourself in a new way!

Is alcohol allowed?

It really depends on the retreat!

For some retreats where we’re doing deeper work, we typically keep the space alcohol-free sometimes with the exception of a final night toast.

For others, like our adventure-style retreats where wine is part of the local culture, mindful drinking is welcome.

Just be sure to check your specific retreat description for details, as each experience is curated with intention based on the energy and theme.

Are these retreats religious or New Age spiritual?

Our retreats are definitely not religious, and we don’t love labeling ourselves either. Our retreats are rooted in wellness, personal growth, connection, and adventure, designed to help you reconnect with yourself in inspiring places around the world.

That said, topics like manifestation, meditation, astrology, and feminine embodiment often come up and that’s the kind of energy we naturally attract. But no matter what you believe, you are absolutely welcome in this space. We’re here to support your journey in whatever way feels most authentic to you.

How physically active are the retreats?

Our retreats can include a mix of yoga, hiking, movement, and adventure - so some level of physical activity is required. You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should definitely feel comfortable moving your body.

We do our best to offer varying levels for hikes and excursions, and everything is optional - if something doesn’t feel right for you, you’re welcome to sit it out.

Can I extend my trip before or after the retreat?

Yes! Many guests arrive early or stay after to explore more. While you typically can’t stay at the retreat center outside of our dates, we’re happy to recommend places nearby.

If someone else from the group is also extending, we can try to connect you too. Or you can enjoy a solo adventure...our team is here to help either way!

Absolutely! We offer short video calls with our team for anyone interested in joining a retreat.

It’s a chance for you to meet us face-to-face, feel the vibe, ask questions, and learn more about the experience to make sure it’s a true full-body yes for you.

Amazing! For now, our focus is on filling the remaining spots. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out! You’ll hear from us before booking your flights to get the green light - please don’t purchase them until we confirm. Also, about six weeks before the retreat, we’ll send you a welcome packet with all the details and next steps, plus set up a group chat so everyone can connect.
