1.This retreat is open to both women and men (and couples too)!
We welcome friends, partners, and couples on this journey. You first reserve your room, and then can add an additional guest (whether friend or partner) for $2,500. This is a co-ed experience rooted in connection, nature, and healing.
2. Arrive to South Africa early - seriously.
This is a long international journey, and jet lag is real. We highly recommend arriving a couple days early, spending some time in Cape Town to ground, and then flying into the retreat location from there. Flight delays and missed connections are more common than you think - don’t let that cut into your sacred time here. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
3. Your presence supports something bigger.
A significant portion of profits goes directly toward Koru Camp - a community-based initiative that provides immersive wilderness experiences, conservation education, and sustainable living skills to individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
4. We’re staying on a private 2000-hectare game reserve.
Expect game drives, walking safaris, and wild magic. Our retreat is held on a secluded, electric-fenced camp with six hectares of grounded, sacred space. Wildlife sightings are likely... and unforgettable.
5. Luxury meets the wild.
The property includes a Wholeness Center with a spa, gym, and Himalayan crystal infrared sauna - so you can unwind deeply after your adventures in the bush.
6. Alcohol is allowed - just drink mindfully.
Wine is a beautiful part of South African culture, and while it’s not included, you’re welcome to enjoy it during your stay if it feels aligned. We simply ask that you drink with intention and mindfulness.
7. The food is nourishing, organic, and plant-based.
Every meal is a celebration of African-inspired cuisine, made with love using seasonal produce grown right in the on-site permaculture garden.
8. Pack for walking and wild terrain.
From game walks to bumpy safaris, there will be plenty of movement involved. Make sure you're comfortable walking through uneven, natural terrain. Closed-toe shoes are a must.
9. Massages and spa treatments are available (bring cash).
You can book directly through the Wholeness Center. Most treatments will require payment in cash - credit cards aren’t always accepted here, so plan ahead.
10. This is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of retreat.
If you’ve ever dreamed of going on safari, unplugging from the noise, and gathering with an intentional group of inspiring souls - this is it. Magic is waiting!
