Coherence retreats is where travel meets transformation.

Our retreats blend intentional workshops and connection with epic experiences all over the world - from hiking ancient sites and swimming under waterfalls, to glamping in the desert or soaking in natural hot springs.

Expect a mix of wellness practices like meditation, movement, and breathwork, alongside exploring wild landscapes, bonding with like-hearted women, dancing, laughing, and fully living.

Each retreat is uniquely curated based on the land, the hosts, and the group energy.

10 Things to know...

  1. Giving Back

It’s deeply important to us that our retreats are not just about experiencing beautiful places, but also about giving back to the communities and land that welcome us in. A portion of the proceeds from this retreat will be donated to ARCHELON, a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting sea turtles and preserving Greece’s marine ecosystems.

  1. The Journey to the Retreat 

Our retreat center is approximately a 45-minute drive from Preveza Airport (PVK). We’ll be arranging one group shuttle pickup from the airport on arrival day once we gather everyone’s flight details. We're aiming around 3:00 pm.

If you miss the group shuttle, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to the retreat center, which is typically around €80 by taxi.

  1. Arrive Early if You Can 

We highly recommend arriving at least 1–2 days early if possible. This helps buffer potential flight delays, long layovers, jet lag, and gives you time to settle into Greece before the retreat begins.

If you arrive early, you can meet us at the airport for the group shuttle pickup.

  1. Extend Your Stay 

If your schedule allows, we highly recommend extending your stay before or after the retreat. Greece has endless beauty to explore, from nearby beaches and villages to island hopping, boat days, and exploring more of the Mediterranean coastline.

  1. Life Moves Slower Here

Part of the magic of Greece is the slower rhythm of life. Long dinners, beach walks, slow mornings, ocean swims, sunsets, and meaningful conversations are all part of the experience.

  1. Pack Light + Breezy

Think flowy dresses, swimwear, comfortable sandals, activewear, layers for the evenings, and outfits you feel beautiful and free in. Greece in the summer is warm, sunny, and very beach-oriented.

  1. Bring Some Cash 

While many places accept cards, it’s always helpful to carry some cash for taxis, smaller cafes, beach spots, markets, or local vendors.

  1. Ocean Energy

This retreat is deeply connected to the energy of the ocean, freedom, expansion, and possibility. Expect lots of beach time, swimming, sunsets, fresh air, and moments to simply breathe and be present.

  1. Wifi + Unplugging

WiFi is available at the property, but we encourage you to use this retreat as an opportunity to unplug a little more deeply from constant notifications and reconnect with yourself, nature, and the present moment.

  1. Mindful Alcohol

This retreat is not fully alcohol-free, as enjoying a mindful glass of wine is very much part of Mediterranean culture and the Greek experience. We simply ask guests to approach alcohol consciously and respectfully in a way that supports the overall energy and intention of the retreat.

Meet your hosts

Kristin Simon - @kristinsimon_

Kristin is a well-traveled retreat leader, photographer, and breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for wellness, healing, and meaningful human connection. With certifications in Reiki and Integrative Breathwork, she supports transformational journeys through energy healing, embodiment practices, nervous system awareness, and visual storytelling.

Known for her calming presence and intuitive nature, Kristin creates spaces where women feel safe to soften, open, and reconnect with themselves. Her approach blends grounded holistic tools with creativity, adventure, and heart-led facilitation to support deeper self-exploration, clarity, and personal growth.

 Paula T - @elixirpau

Paula is a yoga instructor, sound healer, meditation guide, and space holder devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, movement, and presence. With a lifelong connection to embodiment and holistic wellness, Paula creates nurturing spaces that encourage inner peace, self-awareness, emotional release, and deeper connection to the body.

Her facilitation style is gentle, grounded, and heart-centered, weaving together yoga, meditation, sound healing, and intentional practices that support restoration, reflection, and coming home to oneself.

Our home on by the sea....

Nestled on the beautiful island of Lefkada and surrounded by the crystal blue waters of the Ionian Sea, our retreat home offers a peaceful Mediterranean setting designed for rest, connection, and transformation. Just a short walk away from the beach, the property features beautiful private villas with infinity pools, spacious shared living areas, air conditioning, WiFi, and stunning spaces to relax and unwind.

At the heart of the property is the main hosting villa, where we’ll gather for yoga, workshops, shared meals, and community time together. With a stunning glass yoga studio, outdoor practice spaces, and beautiful communal areas, this space was intentionally chosen to support both restoration and connection throughout the retreat experience.

Travel Plans

✈️ Flights

Flights are not included in your retreat package.

🛂 Visa & Entry Requirements

Greece is part of the Schengen Area.

Many travelers, including those from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, are expected to require an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) for short tourist visits to Greece. ETIAS is not a visa, but an online travel authorization.

Please check the latest entry requirements based on your passport country before traveling and ensure any required authorizations are obtained in advance.

Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

Arrival & Airport Information

✈️ Please fly into Preveza International Airport (PVK), the closest airport to our retreat in Lefkada, Greece.

Our retreat takes place July 4–10, 2027.

Arriving Early

We highly recommend arriving 1–2 days before the retreat begins if your schedule allows.

Arriving early gives you extra buffer time for any unexpected travel delays, allows you to adjust to the time zone, and helps you arrive at the retreat feeling rested, grounded, and ready to fully immerse yourself in the experience!

If you choose to arrive early, you're welcome to explore Lefkada and the surrounding area before the retreat begins. You can either meet the group at Preveza International Airport (PVK) for the included shuttle transfer on arrival day, or make your own way directly to the retreat property.

We'll provide detailed arrival instructions and transportation guidance closer to the retreat.

Arrival Transportation

We will provide one complimentary group shuttle transfer from Preveza International Airport (PVK) to the retreat property.

The shuttle is expected to depart the airport at approximately 2:30 PM local time (final departure time will be confirmed closer to the retreat).

We recommend booking a flight that arrives by 1:30 PM to allow enough time for baggage collection and any unexpected delays.

If your flight arrives after the shuttle departs or you prefer to travel independently, taxis cost approximately €80 one way to the retreat property.

Departure Transportation

A complimentary group shuttle will also be provided from the retreat property back to Preveza International Airport (PVK) on July 10, 2027.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and the shuttle will depart shortly afterward (exact time to be confirmed).

We recommend booking departure flights later in the afternoon to allow plenty of time for the transfer to the airport.

If your travel plans require different timing, we're happy to help arrange a private taxi at your own expense.

Transportation Support

Once everyone has booked their flights, we'll collect arrival information and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Extending Your Stay

If your schedule allows, we highly encourage extending your trip.

Lefkada is known for its turquoise waters, dramatic cliffs, charming seaside villages, incredible Mediterranean cuisine, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. Whether you choose to arrive early or stay a few extra days afterward, we'll be happy to share recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, beaches, and local experiences.

Closer to the retreat, we'll provide detailed flight recommendations, airport transfer information, arrival instructions, and everything you need to make your journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Our retreats are intentionally curated spaces for self-discovery, transformation, adventure, and connection. While many women experience powerful personal shifts and moments of deep insight during our time together, our retreats are not a replacement for professional therapy, psychiatric care, or trauma treatment.

We hold deep respect for the unique journeys each guest is on and honor the full spectrum of human experience that may arise in these sacred containers. Our team includes experienced facilitators trained in various modalities, but we are not licensed therapists or medical professionals.

If you are currently navigating severe mental health challenges, PTSD, or deep unresolved trauma, we strongly encourage you to continue working with your therapist or healthcare provider in conjunction with (or prior to) joining us.

Our role is to hold a steady, supportive space for your unfolding - not to fix, label, or offer clinical care. You are your own best guide, and we trust you to know what forms of support you may need outside this space.

We also want to be clear: our retreats are not all serious and introspective. A big part of what we offer is joyful, playful, adventure-filled experiences. Yes, you’ll have the chance to explore inner growth through workshops and meaningful connection, but you’ll also be laughing around bonfires, dancing under the stars, exploring new landscapes, making inside jokes, and having the time of your life with like-minded women.
