Coherence Retreat did not disappoint!! From the second I signed up, i felt accepted with open arms and it continued throughout the whole trip. I don't know how to put into words how magical this experience was. One I will never forget with friendships I'll have forever. I found myself, i found my sisters and i found my purpose. This experience was a true gift that i had been waiting and searching for, for a long time. Kim, Kristen, Paula, Shayna and Camille showed up in ways i didn't know possible. Leading the most impactful ceremonies, providing comfort, warmth, support and delicious and nutritious food. This retreat was the best thing I have ever done for myself. 

This retreat was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I went in very nervous due to some past sister wounds - and EVERY SINGLE woman on this retreat was exactly what my soul needed. I walked away with Soul Sisters that understand my journey and will always be people I can reach out to.
The scheduled activities and free time were well balanced and allowed myself to not only heal mentally - but also physically rest. My intentions going in were to connect with myself and spend time working on letting things go. All of the ceremonies helped me do just that, with Breathwork being the biggest release I have ever had. Even the playlists were amazing and have become some of my new meditation music.

This retreat found me and put me on a profound life changing journey

This was the activity I didn't know I needed. I've never been to a retreat and wouldn't have called myself deeply spiritual when signing up. I spend 95% of my waking hours in front of a computer, doing intense work calls and hustling non-stop. But somehow, this retreat found me and put me on a profound life changing journey in a short period of time. Coherence Retreats, Where do I begin… You have to come into these retreats with an open mind. A “want” to open up, to share, and to listen. You learn so much from not just the facilitators but also from the other women around. Sharing what worked for you, sharing your own doubts, fears, insecurities. The amount of knowledge you learn about yourself. Be brave, take a leap, and make a change within yourself. You can’t grow if you aren’t comfortable with being uncomfortable! Watching the ladies Journies after the retreat made the experince worth it all because we seen each of us not trust the process at one point or another, Resist some of the activities, but eventually open up to recieve the blessing the universe has to offer.

This experience for me was life changing 🙌

This experience for me was life changing. I was so scared to take the leap of faith because I felt guilty, I felt scared, I felt uncomfortable and so many things. I was 95% talking myself out of it for months and after looking at my completed booking now for over 24hrs, I pushed go when I was in that 5% of saying yes to myself. I actually cried a lot because I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I know now what I got myself into and I’m so beyond thankful I did. I was given the space to breathe, to be my authentic self, space to share. So many things. My guard was already down so much 😍 the moment I met them at the airport and by the next day I felt so comfortable and vulnerable, and by the time it was coming to the end, I can say I freaking love these women. They are so amazing and we all had our own story, but shared the same emotions and feelings. All I have to say is say YES to yourself! This truly life changing. 🙌

My first experience going on a women’s spiritual retreat, and certainly won’t be my last!

23 strangers that quickly turned into meaningful sources of support, connection, celebration, and encouragement 🌙

The days were filled with yoga, giggles, journaling, feminine energy workshops, ecstatic dance, breathwork, sound healing, deep convos, fresh food, pool time, horseback riding, outdoor movies, swimming in the ocean, ancestral healing, poetry, photo shoots, waterfalls, hikes, happy and healing tears, & golden sunsets.

I feel renewed, re-inspired, and like the most “me” I’ve ever felt. I’ve done a lot of healing on my own, but couldn’t have reached this point without the women I shared this experience with 💙🦋

Going into this retreat I knew I wanted to be able to open up more, understand my feelings and love myself more. was such an eye and heart opening experience.

I also knew I wanted to find a sisterhood that not only loved and appreciated me for who I was but someone to go on adventures and explore the beauty of this world. This was exactly what I needed! To be away from all the stress and to open myself up to new opportunities. Let go of pain and concerns and just live and actually enjoy life for once.

This retreat was a safe place with loving women that became close friends. I can’t wait for what awaits all of us in the future. I truly appreciate Kim, Paula & Lexi for all the amazing workshops and all the love they gave us. Everything was perfect and I will for sure be joining them in more retreats. This experience was unlike anything I’ve ever done and I’m so glad I got the chance to do it.

Connecting with all the women, tapping into my intuitive and psychic gifts...

the food was amazing, the food. The retreat, down to the last detail, flowed so nicely. I loved that Kim often did a vibe-check to see how we were feeling and updated the schedule accordingly. I also appreciated the power of choice and that there wasn’t much micro-managing of what we were doing.

I loved the schedule and how one day we would go out and the next we’d stay in. I can tell it was all set up specifically and it was great!

Kimberly’s organization and leadership skills were fantastic...

and she handled the multitude of energies very well. Super impressed with how she was able to lead the group, adjust as needed, and still make it special and soft and calm.

Lexi was a great addition and her breathwork changed my life! I can tell how passionate she is about movement and somatics and it was very inspiring!

Paula was such a fun addition and she did a great job of organizing the shuttle at the beginning, I loved her yoga classes.

Coherence Retreats has been more than I expected!

I thought I came for one thing and came out with something deeper. This retreat is a must for anyone who feels lost, detached from reality or needs support in their spiritual journey.

Besides meeting some amazing women, the workshops were one of my favorite things on this retreat. Having Kim and Alexis constantly checking in on me not only made me seen, it always felt genuine and not feeling alone in this process.

I'm struck with how insightful of an experience this was for me. 

As I spend time integrating from my women's retreat with Coherence Retreats, I'm struck with how insightful of an experience this was for me.

To travel by myself to a foreign country with the intention of having a good time, learning, and enjoying a place I’ve always felt called going to was one thing... Only to leave the retreat feeling like a profoundly different and more activated version of myself was quite another.

23 women who came in as strangers soon held deep space for one another, cried and laughed together, listened to each other’s heartbreak and hardships, formed a deep sense of sisterhood, and learned that we are the love we have been looking for.

I cried for the little girl inside of me that felt like she was never enough, only to understand that she has been more than enough all along.

We shared our deepest desires and fears in a variety of workshops, spent time doing yoga and breathwork that allowed us to integrate the energy we were working through and practice the art of receiving—something that is hard for a lot of women to do.

We danced our booties off in the yoga shala, were bathed in a beautiful sound bath from local healers, and skinny-dipped in the pool and let go of the versions of ourselves that were no longer serving us.

These images are barely a scratch on the surface of all the moments we experienced in a week in the jungles of CR. I left feeling so much self-love and gratitude for the hardships in my life, knowing that they brought me to this space of profound inner peace and a feeling that I can let my light shine unapologetically.

The retreat was called "activate your wild magic" and by God, we sure as hell did just that.

Cheers to all of you amazing women who showed up bravely and honestly, did the shadow work, shared your life’s dreams and goals and integrated all of the magic of the portal of peace we opened.

I feel so much more aligned and grounded through this experience. It feels like a process of remembering, rather than learning, who I truly am. Allowing myself to just BE.

The fear of the future is gone, replaced with a sense of knowing everything I am calling in will come to me in perfect timing. And so it is.
