I understand that my deposit and any additional payments towards the retreat are non-refundable and can be used as a credit for a future retreat (only until 60 days prior to the retreat start date - any cancellations within 60 days of a retreat start date are non-exchangeable)

I understand that the full price must be paid BEFORE the retreat begins. Even if I am on a payment plan, any remaining fees due must be paid within one-week of the retreat start date.
