Britt's expertise lies in guiding individuals to navigate their inner landscapes, helping them to map and understand the contours of their emotional and spiritual selves. With certifications as a 200 RYT, RPYT, and Usui Reiki 2, Britt combines her deep knowledge of yoga and energy work to offer a holistic approach to self-discovery and healing. Her sessions will focus on energetic alignment, grounding practices, and personalized guidance to assist each participant in their journey towards self-realization and empowerment.
Joining her is Julia, a gifted yoga instructor and tarot reader. Julia's yoga sessions will be designed to complement the retreat's focus on the root chakra, offering a blend of physical postures, breath work, and meditation to foster grounding and stability. Her expertise in tarot reading adds another layer of depth to the retreat, offering insights and guidance through this ancient practice. Julia's unique ability to hold space for women going through deep transformation will ensure a supportive and nurturing environment, enabling participants to explore their inner worlds safely and confidently.

Our Sedona property is a spiritual sanctuary nestled in 6 acres of diverse, sacred land. Here, you can connect deeply with nature, whether it's grounding your feet in a stream, finding tranquility under a cottonwood tree, or stargazing into the vast night sky. With its own artesian spring and lush greenery, this space in the Verde Valley is an ideal retreat for reflection, rejuvenation, and spiritual awakening. It's a peaceful haven for your soul's journey. We can't wait to meet you there <3

Travel Plans

You will need to have a REAL ID (US Citizens) or valid passport fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).Â
Transportation from the PHX airport to our property will be provided. There is one shuttle picking up the entire group. We're in this together! It is 2-2.5 hour drive from the airport to our property.Â
Landing in Phoenix: The shuttle will depart the PHX airport on September 13th at 12:00 PM. We recommend you arrive in Phoenix on the morning of the 13th. This will give you ample time to collect your luggage and meet us at the designated shuttle pick-up point.
Departing Phoenix: On the 17th, the shuttle will pick us up from the retreat property at 10:00 AM. We anticipate arriving at PHX between 12:00-12:30p. For your return flight, please consider booking one that departs in the afternoon or night. This schedule will provide a comfortable buffer for airport check-in and security procedures.
Optional Early Arrival
For those who prefer to arrive without morning rush, there’s an option to fly in a night earlier. You can choose to stay overnight in Phoenix and join the group at the airport the following day for the shuttle departure. This could be a great opportunity to rest and perhaps even explore Phoenix a bit!
If you choose to rent your own car - that is an option too :)
