Overview:

We are seeking a Retreat Ambassador to join our transformative retreat experiences. As a Retreat Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our retreat leaders and attendees, ensuring a seamless, enriching, and unforgettable journey for all involved! This position is ideal for individuals with a background in facilitating or participating in psychedelic experiences, yoga, or other spiritual and wellness practices, who possess an innate ability to create and hold a supportive and uplifting space.

**MUST be available April 18-23 and May 2-6 for retreat trainings. Must have a valid passport for international travel.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Retreat Training: Participate in an immersive training program on two retreats (all expenses paid), to deeply understand our ethos, operations, and the transformative experiences we offer.After completing your training, you are expected to be available for future retreats as an official Retreat Ambassador, supporting retreat leaders and contributing to the overall success of the experience.
• Support Roles: Whether it’s lending an ear, a hand, or a heart, you’ll be there to ensure our retreat leaders and attendees have everything they need for a stellar experience.
• Spread the Good Vibes: Be that person everyone wants to talk to ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their journey.
• Daily Communication: Act as the liaison between the retreat operations and the Coherence team, providing daily updates and insights to ensure smooth coordination and integration of feedback.
• Experience Facilitation: Leverage your background in yoga, or other spiritual/wellness facilitation to enhance the retreat atmosphere, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Content Creation: Utilize iPhone photography and videography skills to document the retreat experience, capturing high-quality visual content that reflects the essence, activities, and transformative moments of our retreats.
• Ensuring Coherence Standards: Take responsibility for ensuring the retreat operates in alignment with Coherence standards, overseeing the smooth running of on-site activities, and addressing any issues promptly to maintain a high-quality experience for all participants.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in iPhone photography and videography, with a keen eye for storytelling.
• Experienced in psychedelic guidance, yoga instruction, or spiritual facilitation, with a proven ability to create supportive, empathetic spaces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering genuine connections.
• Operates as an independent contractor, flexible and ready to travel to retreats worldwide after completing the training phase
• Professional, yet personable and approachable, embodying the balance required to support and uplift others.
