Our property is located in the beautiful Aljezur (part of the Algarve region in Portugal), and we’ll spend time amidst the powerful nature of the Algarve, too.

This retreat is so much more than a getaway; it’s a portal into deep self-discovery, connection, and expansion.

You will be fully held for a week of powerful workshops that will support you in strengthening your relationship to yourself, returning to your body, and bringing you closer to your inner world. Each session is intentionally crafted to inspire, challenge, and empower you. Whether we’re exploring creative expression, delving into self-reflection, or unlocking new levels of self worth and self love, every day will bring you closer to your true self.

At the heart of this retreat is the bond of sisterhood. This is a space crafted for you to bond with like-minded women, share vulnerably, support each other, and build lifelong friendships. Together, we will create a nurturing and inclusive community that celebrates each woman’s journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Coherence retreats is where transformational retreats meet adventure travel. 

Our retreats are like no other. They are a unique blend of transformative workshops, healing modalities, and exciting adventures into Mother Nature's playground.

It is a safe space for you to connect with other like-minded humans and meet your soul tribe! 

Each host brings their own special magic and frequency to the retreat as well! 

Our itinerary is still currently in the making and will be sent to the attendees directly! 

What to expect? Anything from sound baths, to plant medicine ceremonies, transformative workshops, photoshoots, singing, painting, astrology readings, reiki, cacao ceremonies, meditation, tarot card readings, hiking, and other outdoor activities (rock climbing, surfing, skiing, etc.), new friends, and a whole lotta laughs.

Emma is a multi-faceted facilitator who blends the realms of holistic wellness, somatic healing, and feminine embodiment to support women in returning home to their body’s, to their creative expression ,to their inner sense of home, and to their soul-callings. She is a musician and a nature-lover whose mission is to be a permission slip for others to be radically themselves.

Harmony Sunshine - @harmony_sunshine

Harmony is a multifaceted facilitator, and a seasoned ceremonialist. She weaves rituals that connect individuals to their inner artistic spark, infusing creativity and intention into their daily doings. Harmony's expertise allows her to guide and harmonize the energies of those she works with, fostering a sense of true support and safety. Through the fusion of ritual, energy work, intuitive guidance and somatic experiences, she empowers people to awaken their innate capacity to be the artist and the muse of their own life.

Emma and Harmony are the dynamic duo at the helm of the Portugal retreat, each bringing a unique set of skills and experiences that make them multifaceted facilitators. Their shared mission is to inspire women to ignite their creative spirit and become the muse of their own lives. With a deep understanding of transformative practices, they guide participants through a journey of self-discovery, helping them to tap into their inner resources and step into their highest timelines. Their approach is holistic, blending artistic expression, mindfulness, and empowering workshops, creating a nurturing environment where every woman can flourish and rediscover her passion and purpose.

Travel Plans

*Flights are not included

You will need to have a valid passport fly into Lisbon International Airport (LIS). Your passport needs to be valid for 3 months beyond the date of intended departure. Please check requirements HERE.

Transportation from the LIS airport to our property will be provided. There is one shuttle picking up the entire group. It is a 2.5-3.5 hour drive from the airport to our property (depending on traffic). 

Landing in Lisbon: We are aiming for the shuttle to depart the airport on June 16th at 12:00 PM. We recommend you arrive in Lisbon on the morning of the 16th. This will give you ample time to collect your luggage and meet us at the designated shuttle pick-up point.

Departing Lisbon: On the 21st, we are aiming for the shuttle to pick us up from the retreat property at 10:00 AM. We anticipate arriving at LIS between 12:30 to 1:00 PM. For your return flight, please consider booking one that departs in the late afternoon or night. This schedule will provide a comfortable buffer for airport check-in and security procedures.

Optional Early Arrival
For those who prefer to arrive without morning rush, there’s an option to fly in a night earlier. You can choose to stay overnight in Lisbon and join the group at the airport the following day for the shuttle departure. This could be a great opportunity to rest and perhaps even explore Lisbon a bit! The same goes for departure. 

If you choose to rent your own car - that is an option too :)
